Due to technical issues with passenger registration systems at airports in London, Brussels, and Berlin, delays are expected in processing personal documents and baggage at these three European airports. The delays are due to a technical failure and will continue until the situation returns to normal.

We kindly ask passengers traveling to Sofia on flights FB852 from London, FB408 from Brussels, and FB320 from Berlin to use the online flight check-in system, available through the airline's website and mobile application, if possible.
