FLY MORE level upgrade

Now you can upgrade your FLY MORE level from Silver to Gold by purchasing additional points:

In order to take advantage of purchasing you should have accumulated at least 20,000 points from flights with Bulgaria Air during the last 18 months.

You may order payment for purchase of points only on the territory of Bulgaria via:

• Bulgaria air offices;
• Customer Service Centre;
• Central Cooperative Bank AD offices;

After payment, you will receive a Certificate attesting the Gold level, which gives you the opportunity to avail yourself of all benefits right away. You will receive an e-mail when your plastic card is issued.

Holders of Gold card are entitled to earn more points for each flight, as well as to other benefits such as:

• Entitlement to extra baggage – up to 23 kg over the free allowance for the respective class, except for:

- passengers on fare without checked baggage (Economy Hand Bag) on flights operated by Bulgaria Air;

- code-shared flights operated by other airlines;

• Vouchers for business class lounge;
• Advantage reserving the desired seat on board, subject to availability;
• Check-in priority.

*Please note that due to the situation with the spread of Covid-19:
- From March 18, 2020 only bottled mineral water is available on board;
- Access to business lounges and fast track lanes is limited at most airports.
