FLY MORE – A loyalty program for privileged travel

Traveling by plane can be not only convenient and fast, but also extremely affordable when you are part of Bulgaria Air's FLY MORE loyalty program. This is a specially designed program created to reward regular passengers of the national airline. Anyone who flies with the airline can join the program free of charge and start earning bonus points that bring additional convenience and benefits on future flights.

Since its launch, over 30,000 passengers have joined the program and are now entitled to numerous discounts, free tickets, special services, and additional amenities on board the airline's aircraft.

After registering with the FLY MORE program, each flight with Bulgaria Air gives the passanger a certain number of points, which are accumulated in the user's profile. The number of points depends on the destination and booking class. Points can be used to obtain bonus tickets, free upgrades to business class, additional checked baggage, seat selection on the plane, and other personalized services. The program aims to make every trip more comfortable and offer value beyond the flight itself.

The FLY MORE system is organized into three levels: basic, silver, and gold. Upon registration, users start at the basic level, and after a certain number of flights and the next level, the passenger gains access to even more privileges. After five flights, the customer automatically moves to the silver level, which allows the use of points for additional services. Twenty flights per year reach the gold level, which provides even more attractive benefits for passengers, such as access to business lounges, priority service, additional baggage, car rental discounts, and a 25% bonus on points for each trip.

The program also includes a special section for young people between the ages of 12 and 26 – FLY MORE YOUTH. Passengers traveling on a youth fare ticket can enjoy the same benefits as other members of the system, as well as additional gestures from the airline – for example, a 25% birthday discount voucher and the option to include up to four of their loved ones, who also travel with a 20% discount.

Registration for the program is quick and easy, and is done online through the national carrier's website. After filling out a short form, each participant receives a unique card number, which must be provided when making reservations and checking in to accumulate points. Points are valid for a period of three years and are used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program. They are not awarded for charter flights or when using free or promotional tickets.
