Important notice to customers regarding the introduction of payments in EUR
Dear passengers,
We would like to inform you that as of January 1, 2026, all payments to the airline will be made in EUR, including payments by bank cards and payment links.
Due to the necessary technical adjustments on behalf of Borika, from December 31, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. to January 1, 2026, at 1:00 a.m., card payments to the airline via the website, mobile app, and payment links sent by the Customer Service Center will not be possible.
During this time period, the online booking system, both on the website and in the mobile app, will be temporarily unavailable. It will also not be possible to add additional services to purchased tickets or change them during this short time period.
We thank you for your understanding regarding the technical limitations and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
