Bulgaria Air is among the most desired employers in Bulgaria

The national carrier Bulgaria Air is in top 30 for the most desired employers in Bulgaria.  This is shown by the data of the independent research of Employer of Choice which ToTheTopAgency performed in a partnership with Forbes.

Through an anonymous survey of 5,000 employees, the organizers ranked the companies that received the highest rating as an employer. The national carrier is the only representative of the air transport industry in the entire ranking. The independent survey is licensed by UK-based Modern Management Consulting, assessing a range of emotional factors and functional metrics.

„The survey is conducted in conditions of uncertainty and an emerging serious financial crisis. Therefore, employees give preference to companies that, in their opinion, are stable, have a strong perspective for future development. They attach great importance to whether the employer has a strong, reputable brand, whether it recognizes and whether it takes advantage of market opportunities," share the authors of the study.
