Apart from its numerous attractions, Rome can also impress you with its annual events. If your vacation coincides with one of them, be sure to visit it.

During Easter, you can see the traditional procession to the Platine Hill, as well as the Pope's blessing on the occasion of the holiday.

Between June and September you can enjoy Son et lumière – a spectacle of sound and light, during which the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain and the Tivoli area are magnificently illuminated at night.

In September, La Notte Bianca or the White Night takes place, during which the city does not sleep and the streets are full of people. Then the capital offers entertainment for young and old - dancing, wine and food tastings, concerts.

Something interesting about Rome is that cats are considered an ancient heritage of the city and there is a special law that says they can live anywhere they want - even among the ruins.
