JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL POSITION

ANNOUNCES A JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL POSITION

Description:

• Preparation of draft contracts, powers of attorney and other documents related to the company's legal activity;
• Providing legal opinions;
• Participation in the preparation of documentation for participation in public procurement procedures;
• Representation of the company before the court;
• Representation of the company before judicial enforcement services, regional directorates of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, state and municipal authorities and services, and before third parties, when necessary, in connection with its activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher law degree
• Acquired legal capacity
• Knowledge of the current regulations
• Use of a foreign language: proficiency in English
• Computer literacy

Personal characteristics:

• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle parallel projects and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

An advantage is:

• experience in the field of labor, commercial and bond law
