Ground Handling Expert

Place of work – Bulgaria Air, ACMI charter branch

- phone and email contact with ground handling companies in Bulgaria and abroad, for the purposes of concluding contracts for handling of charter flights

- ongoing communication with ground handling companies for the organization of the handling of particular flights

- quality assessment of the ground handling services

- communication with other units – accounting department, commercial department, operational center

- preparation and distribution of operational documentation to other departments

- participation in collecting, processing, arranging and preparing operational data for reporting

Requirements:

Technical competencies:

- Microsoft Office Package

- working with specific aviation software

Required qualification:

- Higher education

- Fluency in English – written and oral

- Command of another language shall be considered a bonus

Other qualifications:

Any additional qualification in the aviation and ground handling fields shall be considered a bonus.

Working and communicating with foreign suppliers, and concluding contracts with them; handling primary accounting documents; processing digital data.

Work experience:

Previous experience in an airline or a ground handling company shall be considered a bonus.

- to have good interpersonal skills and to be a team player

- to have strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

- to be able to communicate information clearly and accurately
