Points collection system

In order to earn bonus points with FLY MORE you need to enter your card number when you are booking a flight with Bulgaria Air, or when you check-in.

The bonus points earned by members of the programme, depend on the booking class of the ticket as follows:

Domestic flights

Regional flights/to the Balkan Peninsula countries/

International flights other than regional flights

* Holders of FLY MORE ‘Gold level’ cards earn an additional bonus of 25% to the points earned for ‘Silver level’.

* The aviation company retains the right to change the number of points given for the segments flown.

Rules for collecting points:

• The points will be credited to your account within one week after the flight;
• Your boarding pass and the e-ticket are needed for verification in case of discrepancy in the points in your account;
• Points are earned on all scheduled flights of Bulgaria Air with the exception of charter flights, free tickets, tickets with other types of discounts;
• In case points were not allocated to your account, the FLY MORE team can manually add them 7 days after the flight date and for flights flown not later than 6 months ago;

• The bonus points earned are valid for 3 years as of the date of the flight. Upon expiry of the three-year period the bonus points may no longer be used;
• Bonus points are not granted for flights or other services, operated by other airlines;
• Passengers will only be granted points on code-share flights, when the purchased ticket is issued by Bulgaria Air and the ticket number starts with the digits 623;
• Owners of Central Cooperative Bank's Club Card (CCB Club), you can choose to which card should be credited to – either the FLY MORE card or the CCB Club card. The same flight may not be credited concurrently to cards of both programmes;
• Cards are personalised  and you receive points for flights with Bulgaria Air when the name on the ticket and the name on the card are the same. Members of the FLY MORE programme are personally responsible to check the flight points credited to their accounts and to report missing points.
