Reservations and Sales Specialist

Job description: As a Reservations and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for giving information, making reservations and sales of airline tickets online.

Place of work: Call centre, administrative building of Bulgaria Air airline

The work is in shifts, with two days of work and two days of rest.

Qualification requirements:

- Education – secondary

- Good level of command of English language – written and spoken

- Computer literacy

- Possession of Amadeus certificate, IATA certificate and/or experience in a travel agency selling airline tickets is an advantage

- It is an advantage, if the candidate has experience in the field of aviation

Personal qualities:

- ability to work in a team and with clients

- excellent communication skills

- responsibility, persistence

- loyalty
