Compliance Monitoring Auditor

POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION

The Compliance Monitoring Auditor reports to the Head of the Compliance Monitoring Department at Bulgaria Air and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of Bulgaria Air's activities in accordance with applicable regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FUNCTION

The responsibilities of the position in relation to the organization are:    

∙ Preparing and performing audits    

∙ Monitoring the activities of subcontractors    

∙ Preparing and performing audits of contract suppliers   

 ∙ Contributing to the development of the audit plan for monitoring compliance    

∙ Identifying, recording, and reporting all non-conformities    

∙ Assisting in the analysis of root causes and risk assessment related to identified non-conformities    

∙ Monitoring the timely completion of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and inspections    

∙ Verifying corrective and preventive actions    

∙ Maintaining independence in all circumstances    

∙ Reporting directly to the head of the compliance monitoring department

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES    

∙ Ability to work on one's own initiative, set priorities in line with deadlines, and pay attention to detail.    

∙ Excellent written and oral communication skills.    

∙ Analytical thinking and observation skills with the ability to critically assess requirements and identify potential non-compliance.    

∙ Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and quickly assimilating new information to resolve complex issues.    

∙ Ability to challenge and influence others, including senior colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure the right results are achieved.]

 ∙ Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to work together to improve the safety and compliance management system.    

∙ Proven ability to systematically analyze information and objectively present non-compliance with regulations and requirements.    

∙ Ability to build processes and procedures    

∙ Previous experience in auditing is an advantage    

∙ Ability to travel      

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS    

∙ General understanding of aviation safety and compliance management systems    

∙ Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation    

∙ Knowledge of aviation regulations (airworthiness maintenance)    

∙ Higher education    

∙ Fluency in English    

∙ Computer skills
