- The owners of Co-branded credit cards Bulgaria Air / Central Cooperative Bank , Members of Gold Bonus Program Card, and Members of Central Cooperative Bank's Club Program will need to contact the Call Center of Bulgaria Air or visit the closest to them office of the airline in order to reissue their ticket in order to be able to benefit from the 2 pieces free baggage allowance applicable option.

- Possession of CCB Club card, CCB Bulgaria Air Co-branded card and Loyalty Program Gold Card does not entitle to free baggage at the Hand baggage only fares.
