1. Free travel.
Members of the Bulgaria Air frequent flyer programme are entitled to use the bonus points, accumulated in their accounts, for free travel to destinations of their choice. The travel may take place only on a flight, where seats are available in the respective reservation classes. We expect your understanding and cooperation in case we would be unable to arrange for a seat for you on any specific flight.

Use of a free ticket would be possible upon earning the number of bonus points specified. The reservation for the free ticket must be made at least seven days prior to the date of the trip. Free tickets are issued only by the offices of Bulgaria Air Aviation Company.
The air tickets sales agencies may not issue such tickets. All airport and other charges, related to issuance of free tickets, are at the expense of the card holder Free tickets may not be issued without a confirmed reservation. No bonus points are earned when travelling with free tickets. The number of bonus points, used for a free ticket, is automatically subtracted from the account. The validity of free tickets is one year as of the date of their issuance. Free tickets may not be transferred, changed or extended. They may not be used in payment for another trip.The account holders may provide their bonus tickets to family members or other relatives. This option is available based on written request from the account holder, signed personally by him/her. The request must be submitted to the offices or representations of Bulgaria Air and contain the following information:
Own and last name, date of birth, passport number and family connection to the person, to whom bonus points are provided for the free ticket, itinerary (starting point and destination), travel dates, photocopy of the membership card. All airport and other charges due for the free tickets are paid at the issuing office.One free of charge change of bonus ticket is permitted. The cost of any other changes is 30 euro.Any ticket which is not used can be returned by the time it will expire and the points for it will be returned. The reservation must be canceled with at least 24 hours before the flight. In case of no-show the penalty is 30 euro. 

2. Upgrade to business class when purchasing ticket for economy class

* Some of the airfares may not generate bonus points.
** Discounts are not available for reservations via internet.
*** Discounts for Sixt holiday cars are available only for reservations by telephone.

In addition, each car hire from SIXT, irrespective of how it was arranged, entitles you to extra bonus points and maintains active you status in the frequent flyer programme of Bulgaria Air. All you have to do is present your card at the SIXT office, where you are making the reservation or wherefrom you are picking up the car. Bonus points are earned in the following manner:

Bonus Points are available only at SIXT locations and the customer must produce his/her membership card for evidencing the respective client number. Bonus points will be earned for each automobile hire; usage of one automobile for more than one day or of different vehicles on several consecutive days at the same SIXT location, will count as one vehicle hire. Bonus points will be earned only when the customer personally rents and uses the automobile.

4. Additional benefits
The loyal customers of Bulgaria Air, holding a Gold Card, are also entitled to the following free additional services, when travelling on Bulgaria Air flights:
Facilities for confirmation of seats on the regular international lines of Bulgaria Air aviation company Check-in at counters for business class travellers Access to the business class lounges, including when travelling in the economy class of the flight Extra allowance for free checked baggage of 10 kg.
