Each flight’s safety depends to a significant degree to the behavior of passengers on board the aircraft. When flying Bulgaria Air each customer must comply with the following rules:

When boarding the aircraft you must occupy a precisely specified seat, indicated on your boarding card. Occupying another seat or changing of places after seating may not take place without express permission of a member of the cabin crew. We recommend that you follow carefully the demonstrations in connection with the safety and action in emergency situations, which will be shown to you by the cabin crew, as well as to review the safety instructions, placed at the back of the seat in front of you. We recommend that you keep your seatbelt fastened during the entire trip. Use of any electronic devices on board the aircraft during takeoff and landing is strictly prohibited. After the ascent portable computers (with the exception of wireless Internet devices), PC games and video cameras may be used. Smoking on board is strictly prohibited. Passengers on board must fulfill all instructions and requirements of the aircraft cabin crew.
