Earning of bonus points under the programme is really easy and does not require any formalities. All you need to do is to announce and request entry of your card number each time you are booking a flight with Bulgaria Air and when you check in for the flight at the airport. The bonus points, which the members of the programme are earning, depends on the booking classes as follows:

When earning bonus points, clients must also bear in mind the following rules:
Keep the stubs of your boarding cards and a copy of the e-tickets. They will be needed for cross-checking in case of non-conformity of the bonus points in your account. Otherwise we would not be in a position to re-calculate correctly your bonus points.Bonus points are earned on all regular flights of Bulgaria Air (with the exception of charter flights, free tickets, tickets under other types of discounts and tickets at some promotional airfares).Tickets purchased, but not used, do not entitle you to bonus points.You can check the status of your account online or consult our staff over the phone. The bonus points earned are valid for three years as of the date of the flight. For example, bonus points earned from a flight in October 2008 may be used until the end of October 2011. Upon expiry of the three-year period the bonus points would expire and may no longer be used. Wherever you use any of your bonus points, we will always subtract the oldest ones from the account. Bonus points are not earned for flights or other services, by which the passenger participated in programmes of other aviation companies When Bulgaria Air is а partner on a flight, performed by another airline, you will earn points only if the flight is shown in your ticket using the code of our aviation company - FB, regardless of who the operator of the given flight is.
The free tickets under the programme may not be used for joint flights, performed by other aviation companies.
