 Reservation and Sales Specialist – Call Center

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides customers with high quality service and information about flight availability,  flight details, prices and all products of the airline., through phone, e-mail, chat

- Manages e-tickets and online sales

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Fluent English language – both written and spoken. An advantage will be second foreign language (Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, German, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with MS Office products

THE FOLLOWING WILL BE CONCIDERED AN ADVANTAGE:

- IATA/UFTAA certificate
- Amadeus Reservation System certificate
- Call Center experience
